Born from the award-winning Shipstone brewing lineage, which traces its roots to the renowned James Shipstone & Sons Brewery established in 1852 (a company boasting over 150 years of history) we proudly introduce Shipstone Chilli Co. Founder James Shipstone draws inspiration from his family's illustrious brewing legacy on his father's side and the enduring heritage of the UK's iconic Coleman's Mustard on his mother's side.


Handcrafted with love in Western Australia, we meticulously source all our fresh produce from local farmers, solidifying our commitment to quality and community support. Our hot sauces and chilli powders are not only vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from artificial preservatives, but they are also devoid of any added nasties. We exclusively offer products that we personally consume daily and share with our family and friends.

Is your Hot Sauce healthy?

It certainly is! Our hot sauce contains many immune boosting and anti-inflammatory ingredients that are great for your health, including Fresh Chilli, Onions, Garlic, Turmeric, Apple Cider Vinegar, Himalayan Pink Rock Salt, Olive Oil, Freshly Squeezed Cloudy Apple Juice and Desert Mallee Honey.

Are your products suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians?

Yes our Chilli Dust is 100% Vegan and ALL our sauces are 100% Vegetarian. The only "animal product" used in our sauces is Desert Mallee Honey 🍯
